How do I order additional bottles?
* Tap on "Buy Now" option in your home screen.
* Select the additional items and quantity and complete the order.
* In case the wallet has insufficient balance, top up the wallet to buy additional items.
* You can also pay for instant orders through credit card.
How do I pay for water delivery?
* You can use the facility of "wallet" to pay for Oasis Direct deliveries.
* You top up your wallet using your credit card and the amount of deliveries including VAT, will get deducted from your wallet once the order is delivered.
Do I have to be at home to receive any water delivery?
* Absolutely No.
* If you have top up your wallet and if you have set up your recurring order for preferred Gallon Product, You don't need to be at home to receive the delivery.
* Just leave the empty bottles outside.
* Only to ensure that you have enough balance in your wallet, to continue your hazzle free deliveries.
When will I receive my first order?
* Customer registered newly, will receive their first delivery within 48 hours.
* You will be receiving a welcome call from Oasis, acknowledging the signup request.
* Existing customers will continue to get their deliveries on their scheduled day.
